I’m sure we have all experienced the frustration and aggravation from having to learn a new computer system or program. I was all excited about getting a new MacBook Pro computer as I was due for an upgrade. Yesterday, I spent over 8 hours with three different tech organizations, and was on hold for hours trying to find someone that had the experience and the know-how to recommend a solution. I spent the better part of the day funneling through the recorded messages and trying to get through to the right department. I can’t imagine the patience that is required to work as a computer tech. I finally got to the right person that was knowledgeable enough to solve the problem. I hate to admit it but it took a young girl to fix my issue! It is obvious that the younger generation is more savvy in the computer area than the older generation.
