Celebrate The 4th!

Happy 4th of July! We hope everyone enjoys the day celebrating independence with friends and family. Thank you to all of our loyal customers for your continued support.

While the 4th of July is an exciting time, it is also important to be aware of how our pets may be feeling over the holiday weekend. One stressor for pets is fireworks. Here are some tips to keep your pet happy, healthy and reduce stress.

Pet safety tips

  • Keep them indoors

Some pets, especially cats may be spooked and may try to bolt outside to hide from the fireworks.

Research firework displays in your area to be aware of the time so you and your pet are prepared for the noise.

  • Keep them occupied

With chews such as Alpha Bones, Elk Antlers and Pizzles.

Use a lick mat, with our NEW Salmon and Chicken Breast Sprinkles.

Play with their favorite indoor toys or fill their favorite chew toy with Poochie Butter and BARF Treats.

Spend time with your pet, and show them that there’s nothing to worry about.

Provide extra comfort.

  • Consult with your vet

If your pet suffers from severe anxiety, it may be best to consult your vet about medications to keep your pet calm.

  • Crate training

This creates a safe space for your pet to go to if they are feeling anxious and overwhelmed.

Can also be covered with a blanket to provide additional comfort.

No pet parent wants to see their fur baby in distress. It can be difficult not knowing what the best solution to helping your pet is. If you would like to chat with one of our Raw Pet Food Specialists about any of these tips, feel free to give us a call at 866-282-2273 or send us an email to
