Shipping policy

 

BARF World Shipping Policy

BARF World ships all orders using the carrier we determine is most reliable and efficient for your location. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier at our discretion, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, regional couriers, or approved logistics partners.

Processing & Transit

  • Orders process in 1–2 business days.

  • Frozen/raw items may ship only on select days to maintain quality.

  • Transit times vary by carrier and destination.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates.

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide complete and correct shipping information. BARF World is not responsible for delays or fees caused by inaccurate addresses.

Damaged, Lost, or Undeliverable Packages

Report damaged or missing packages within 48 hours. Resolutions (refund or replacement) are handled case-by-case at BARF World’s discretion. Perishable items are not eligible for refund once shipped.

Frozen Product Responsibility

Frozen/raw items must be brought indoors immediately upon delivery. BARF World is not responsible for spoilage due to missed or delayed receipt.
