Over the past year, we’ve continued to see rising costs across shipping, beef sourcing, ingredients, packaging, and other global economic factors that directly impact the cost of providing the high-quality nutrition your pets deserve. After carefully reviewing these increases, we’ve made the difficult decision to adjust portions of our pricing structure and discontinue our Elite Membership program.
As part of this transition, all current Elite Members will automatically be moved to our Subscribe & Save program, where you will receiveve 5% off every recurring order going forward.
While costs around us continue to rise, we also believe in doing everything possible to help keep raw feeding affordable for our customers. Because of this disruption, we are actively working to lower costs where we can in order to help offset these increases and keep more money in your pocket without compromising the quality and safety standards you expect from us.
